Amongst the treasures adorning Cask23's shelves, one name stands out: The Lakes Distillery. When asked about the selection of The Lakes products carried by Cask23, Nilesh revealed "We proudly stock a range of The Lakes products, with a particular focus on their exceptional whiskies; but we have recently introduced their fine vodka and gin into our collection."
Explaining the rationale behind this choice, he stated, "Due to their unwavering commitment to craftsmanship and innovation, their attention to detail throughout the production process, coupled with their dedication to using the finest ingredients, aligns perfectly with our ethos at Cask23. Moreover, we believe in supporting distilleries that produce exceptional spirits, and The Lakes exemplifies this standard."
Nilesh's favourite collection from The Lakes portfolio is The Whiskymaker's Reserve series, as "the complex flavour of each new expression provides a unique taste to the one you've had before".
